Hello! Thanks for sharing this. Is it ok to share which suburb is your friend living? From your observation, is it family friendly? Do you find it easy to travel from her place to CBD? We recently got our PR visa and is doing research on affordable family friendly suburbs in Sydney. I got SS visa 190 from NSW thus we plan to move in Sydney.

    Hi Grace,

    Congrats on your visa!
She’s in Ryde suburb and I find the place peaceful and quiet. Her place is just 3-5 mins walk from Ryde Mall and easy to travel to and from CBD. She seems contented with the place as I only hear raves and no complaints so far… 😀

      Thank you!

From my reading Ryde is a nice and safe suburb. It’s good to know that transpo is easy in this place. I will include this suburb in my list of places to visit next year (initial entry). God bless!
